We Offer  Residential Maintenance Agreements. 

All of our agreements are aimed to keep your equipment in Peak operating condition. With less break downs when you need the heating or cooling the most. There are some great benefits that are included in the Peak Performance Agreement. Here is a list of a few.

1. 16 Point check up performed on the system before each season (spring and fall). 

 2. 10% discount on any repairs needed during the agreement.               

3. No emergency service call charge for after hours.

4. Priority service which puts you ahead of all others customers if you do have a break down.

5. Repairs that are performed that are not covered under the manufactures warranty will receive a 5 year parts warranty on the repair as long as the agreement is kept in place and current. 

Our Peak Performance  for Residential Heat Pumps and Air Conditioners all include the following:

16 Point check up

1. Check thermostat operation.

2. Clean filter or replace (customer supplied).

3. Check system temperature split at unit.

4. Check system temperature split in house.

5. Check system operating pressures.

6. Inspect fused disconnect.

7. Inspect wiring and tighten electrical connections.

8. Inspect relays, electrical connections and controls.

9. Inspect electrical safety circuits.

10. Inspect indoor blower and motor for dirt buildup.

11. Inspect belt and adjust tension (as required).

12. Inspect outdoor coil and advise.

13. Inspect duct seal at unit and secure panels.

14. Check evaporative cooler duct blockoff (as required).

15. Check resistance heat controls (as required).

16. Explain and document needed repairs (if any)
