We have the Manufacturers that have a proven track record for working best during the Arizona Summers. 

Also as part of our research we expect the  manufacturers distributor to have a large inventory on hand. It's also a must that the parts be available  (covered and not covered under the warranty) 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. We don't want our customers to have to wait for a part because it's late Friday evening.  We also expect the distributor to have on staff a product engineer that can help our technicians when they have trouble repairing a unit on one of our customers homes..  

Every distributor in the Phoenix metropolitan area wants Adams Refrigeration to sell their equipment. They want to take advantage of our large customer base. After all for more then 57 years the people of Phoenix AZ. have trusted us to keep them cool during the hot summer and warm in winter. 

1. Dependability:  We want to be sure your unit will keep you comfortable during our very hot summers

2. Durability:  We know you don't want to pay for expensive repairs or buy a new unit every few years.

3. Availability: Of both warranty and service parts. The distributors we deal with will open their warehouses 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

4. Technical  support: The manufactures we represent have a technical support line. In most cases the person is local and can come to your home if needed.
